Delete your Chambix account

Chambix is an app by Hibusoft (Hibueras Software Solutions). You can ask us to delete your Chambix account and its data at any time, from the app or by email.

From the app

  1. Open Chambix and sign in.
  2. Open Settings and tap "Close my account".
  3. Choose "Delete for good" and confirm.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, write to us and we will delete the account for you: soporte@hibusoft.com

Write from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you registered with, so we can confirm the account is yours.

What we delete

Your name, email, phone number, identity document, address, photos, cards and bank accounts.

What we keep

  • Contracts you signed are kept for 5 years, so the other person still has their copy.
  • Your chats stay visible to the other person, with your name shown as "Deleted user".

When it happens

  • The account is deleted 30 days after the request. Signing in again during those 30 days cancels it.
  • Open jobs, held payments, disputes and accepted visits have to be finished or cancelled first.
